I have to go to the dentist to get a full gum scaling tomorrow. How Fun! Needles pokin all in my mouth. Instruments digging under my gums. Couldn't spend the day doing anything better! (joke)

Hello everyone. My name is Earl Kohn. I was born and raised in the Louisville, Kentucky. The Bluegrass state. Growing up, I always had a vision of being successful in some way, shape or form. My parents never went to college. As a matter of fact, nobody in my family has ever went to college. Most never even graduated high school. My father was a soldier for our country years ago. He died about 3 years ago. I was basically raised by my mother. As I got older, I became more and more self dependent, providing for myself. I don't feel confident when I have things done for me. There is no sense of accomplishment in that...
